1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 7ezbt, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any service provided by the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You agree to be legally bound by all terms, policies and rules referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you are accessing 7ezbt on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions. However, 7ezbt accounts are intended for individual personal use only and business or corporate betting accounts are not permitted.

7ezbt reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law, individuals with a history of fraud or bonus abuse, and individuals who have been previously self-excluded from the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

7ezbt is intended exclusively for adult players aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and betting activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not registering on behalf of any minor or individual below the legal gambling age.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and truthful.

7ezbt employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licenses. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

If 7ezbt discovers that an account has been created by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposited or won funds will be forfeited. 7ezbt takes the protection of minors seriously and actively monitors for underage gambling. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites.

3 Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account on 7ezbt. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created under false or fictitious names are strictly prohibited. 7ezbt employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multi-accounting. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all funds will be forfeited.

Account Information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. Any changes to your personal information must be updated immediately through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ezbt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be fully liable for all bets, deposits, withdrawals and other actions taken. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 7ezbt customer support immediately.

Verification Requirements: 7ezbt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. You must provide requested documents within 7 days of the request. Standard verification documents include a clear photograph or scan of a government-issued ID, proof of address dated within the last 3 months such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photograph holding your ID document. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.

Account Suspension: 7ezbt may suspend or restrict access to your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account activity triggers our anti-money laundering or fraud detection systems. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

7ezbt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options for VIP players. Minimum deposit amounts are set at ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status, with standard players limited to ৳50,000 per transaction and VIP players eligible for higher limits upon request.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically processed instantly and reflected in your 7ezbt account balance within 2 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Payment Method Ownership: All payment methods used to deposit funds into your 7ezbt account must be registered in your own name and match the name on your 7ezbt account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If 7ezbt detects that funds have been deposited from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed, the account will be suspended, and all associated bets will be voided.

Deposit Limits: 7ezbt encourages responsible gambling by offering voluntary deposit limit tools. You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it will take effect immediately for increases and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for decreases. Deposit limits can be adjusted at any time, but cannot be removed entirely.

Deposit Fees: 7ezbt does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider such as bKash, Nagad or your bank may charge their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 hours for verified accounts during business hours and within 24 hours outside business hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are ৳50,000 per transaction for standard players and ৳200,000 per transaction for VIP players.

Verification Before Withdrawal: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete account verification by submitting identity documents as described in Section 3. 7ezbt reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where suspicious activity is detected.

Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have accepted a bonus or promotional offer, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

Withdrawal Fees: 7ezbt does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. From the 4th withdrawal onwards in a calendar month, a processing fee of 2% may apply. Your payment provider may also charge their own fees for receiving funds.

Withdrawal Cancellation: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is marked as processed by 7ezbt. Once a withdrawal has been processed and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7ezbt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed on the promotion page and sent via email when you opt in to a bonus.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount for casino bonuses and 5x the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses. This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering requirement factor before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Only bets placed with your bonus balance count toward wagering requirements. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, live casino games contribute 5%, and sports bets with odds below 1.50 contribute 0%.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period, typically 30 days from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Maximum Bet with Bonus: While playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per game round is ৳500. Any bets exceeding this limit placed with bonus funds will be voided and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or using any strategy designed to exploit bonuses without genuine gameplay is strictly prohibited. 7ezbt reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

Bonus Terms Override: In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific bonus terms published on a promotion page, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7ezbt offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, virtual sports and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to availability of odds and are confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation notification displayed on your screen or sent via SMS or email.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sporting authority such as the ICC for cricket matches, FIFA for football matches, and the BPL organizing committee for Bangladesh Premier League matches. If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event, with popular BPL and IPL matches accepting bets up to ৳500,000 for standard markets. Maximum stake limits are displayed when placing a bet and may be adjusted in real time based on market liquidity.

Obvious Errors: If 7ezbt identifies an obvious error in odds such as a decimal point misplacement, incorrect team names, or odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true probability of an outcome, we reserve the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect odds. Examples of obvious errors include a clear favorite being priced at 50.00 odds when the correct price should be 1.50, or a match total runs market being offered at 50 runs when the match format is T20 cricket.

Live Betting Acceptance Delay: For live in-play bets, there is a short delay between the time you submit your bet and the time it is accepted. This delay allows 7ezbt to update odds based on ongoing match events. If a significant event such as a wicket or goal occurs during the acceptance delay, your bet may be rejected. This is standard industry practice and protects the integrity of live betting markets.

8 Casino, Slots & Live Casino Rules

7ezbt offers over 1,000 slot machines and casino games powered by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software bug, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned. Display errors, incorrect payout calculations and other technical errors do not create an obligation for 7ezbt to honor incorrect payouts. All game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms on the game provider's servers and 7ezbt has no control over or ability to influence individual game results.

Disconnections: If your internet connection is lost during a live casino game or slot spin, the game will continue to its natural conclusion on the server side. When you reconnect, you will be shown the outcome and any winnings will be credited to your account automatically. For live casino games where a decision is required such as Blackjack, if you disconnect before making a decision, the hand will typically be resolved according to standard game rules such as standing on your current hand total.

RTP Information: Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information screen. RTP is a theoretical statistical calculation based on millions of game rounds and does not guarantee that you will receive that percentage back in any individual session. Short-term variance means you may win more or less than the stated RTP in any given period.

Progressive Jackpots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may not reflect the exact amount at the time your spin is resolved due to network delays. The actual jackpot won is the amount registered on the game provider's server at the moment of the winning spin. Progressive jackpot wins may be subject to additional verification procedures before payout is processed.

9 Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits prevent you from depositing more than your chosen amount within the specified period.

Reality Checks: You can enable session time reminders that will display a pop-up notification after a specified period of continuous play, informing you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered or won during that session.

Time-Out Periods: You may take a break from gambling by setting a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in to your account, place bets or make deposits. Your account balance will remain secure and accessible once the time-out period expires.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling completely, you may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is a minimum 6-month commitment during which your account will be permanently closed and you will be blocked from creating new accounts. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. After 6 months, you may request account reactivation, but 7ezbt reserves the right to refuse reactivation if we believe it is not in your best interest.

10 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any outstanding bets will be settled and your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements and verification procedures.

Closure by 7ezbt: 7ezbt reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or if your account activity is deemed suspicious. In cases of account closure for breach of terms, 7ezbt may withhold any remaining account balance and void any outstanding bets.

Inactive Accounts: If your account remains inactive with no login activity for 12 consecutive months, 7ezbt may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200, deducted from your account balance until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your account by logging in.

11 Dispute Resolution & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of 7ezbt's service, bet settlement, payment processing or account management, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email with full details of your complaint. We will investigate all complaints promptly and respond within 5 business days with a resolution or explanation.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our management team by sending a formal written complaint to our registered email address. Management will review escalated complaints and provide a final decision within 10 business days.

7ezbt's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, account disputes and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions is final and binding. By using 7ezbt, you agree to accept our decisions and waive any right to pursue legal action or alternative dispute resolution for complaints relating to betting outcomes or account management decisions made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

12 Amendments & Updates

7ezbt reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revision date clearly displayed. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the 7ezbt platform after changes to these Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations may be communicated via email or account notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check for updates even if no direct notification is sent.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and apply to all activity on the 7ezbt platform from that date forward.
